The amount of this deposit can be discussed.: ̀➛ Do not claim the art credits.: ̀➛ My art cannot be used for AI or NFTs.: ̀➛ Credit my social media if using the artwork.: ̀➛ Without refund.
Commission T.O.S.
: ̀➛ Provide clear and concise details about your commission, including the character(s) referece sheet and your wishes.: ̀➛ Payment before or after the sketch.: ̀➛ Unlimited number of changes at sketch stage.: ̀➛ Work on the commission will continue once payment has been received and cleared.: ̀➛ I work with reference sheets, if you don't have a picture of your character (only description), there will be a fee.: ̀➛ Prices may depend on the complexity.: ̀➛ I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in portfolio, website, or social media. The client's personal information will not be disclosed in these displays without explicit permission.: ̀➛ The commission agreement will include agreed-upon deadlines. The customer will be notified of any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.: ̀➛ Commissions might take from 3 days to 1 month to be completed depending on its complexity and my workload. Turnaround discussed in advance.
Adoptable T.O.S.
: ̀➛ If you have a Toyhouse profile, the character will also be transferred to you.: ̀➛ After payment, I'll send you the clean high-rez versions of reference.: ̀➛ Things available for unlocking will be completed after the payment.: ̀➛ You can change any detail in the charater.: ̀➛ Don't resell the character for higher price than you bought it. , unless you got more art for it.: ̀➛ Holds and payment plans are ok. But you'll receive the files of the character once fully paid.
